There are two ways to add a profile; in the first one you need to register with us while in the other one you do not.

Registration however brings certain benefits - your profile will probably look more trustworthy to prospective applicants, you will be able to edit/expand it if you decide to do so, you will be given opportunity to receive feedback from users of the website and many others. We are also planning to expand the site in the future; registered profile owners will enjoy certain privileges.

Using the 'registered' way of adding a profile will not threaten your privacy in any way - there are always options to completely restrict all communication between us and you and between the users of this site and you.
